This weekend I went along with Dad on the
Upsala-Lenna museum railway, to check on his examination as a brakesman. The job description is to engage or release the brakes according to the signals from the locomotive. This particular train does not have a system to control these brakes from the front, so two persons are required to do this; one in the middle and one in the end of the train.
Everything went smoothly and JC was passed. So, as soon as he´s fitted with the uniform (a cap), he is ready to serve aboard! (More pictures if you click the pic)
